America's Stonehenge Release of Liability

By visiting the America's Stonehenge, Inc (hereinafter, "America's Stonehenge") property located at 105 Haverhill Road, Salem, New Hampshire, 03079, you agree to the following:

In exchange for participation in activities including but not limited to the main site tour and/or snowshoeing at America's Stonehenge, and/or use of the property, facilities, and services of America's Stonehenge, I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, school, group, or organization (hereinafter, "my group") to the following:

1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by America's Stonehenge, or the employees, representatives, or agents of America's Stonehenge.
2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my group, and further release and discharge America's Stonehenge for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my or my group's use of or presence upon the facilities of America's Stonehenge, whether caused by the fault of myself, my group, America's Stonehenge, or other third parties.
3. I agree to idemnify and defend America's Stonehenge against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my group's use of or presence upon the facilities of America's Stonehenge.
4. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of America's Stonehenge caused by my or my group's negligent, reckless, or willful actions.
