Private Functions and Public Events
Please excuse our appearance as we finalize this page!
We are happy to offer private functions and public events to our visitors, such as wedding ceremonies, corporate outings,
birthday parties, conferences, reunions, drum circles, fundraisers, paranormal
ghost hunts, and more. If you are interested in hosting a function/event at America's Stonehenge,
please fill out the event host form and submit it by email to America's
Stonehenge. If you have any questions about the form, please feel free to reach out to a member of America's
Stonehenge directly.
We are located just 40 miles north of Boston, and are right between two major airports;
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT).
We have several locations on our property that can be utilized for group events:
-
The Theater
The theater can hold up to 35 people for conferences, birthday parties, and more. It is indoors with a 65”
television that can be hooked up to (or it can be covered with something decorative if it is not needed), WiFi,
immediate access to restrooms, and is handicap accessible. Please note that the building is heated, but not cooled.
-
The Equinox Boulder
The large, open area behind the equinox sunset boulder is large enough to hold 30 people for an outdoor gathering.
This area is approximately 1/4 mile walk uphill from the visitor center through a scenic wooded trail. Restrooms are in the visitor center.
-
The Gathering Space
Adjacent to the equinox boulder is a large, flat, open space perfect for a daytime reception, birthday party, or reunion. It can hold tables,
chairs, and decorations. Restrooms are in the visitor center.
-
November 1st Sunset Alignment
Across the path from The Gathering Space is an open area in front of the November 1st sunset monolith. This area
is large enough to hold 30 people. Restrooms are in the visitor center.
Advertising Public Events
The event host will advertise their event, keep a list of attendees, and collect admission ahead of event.
America's Stonehenge will advertise public events on StonehengeUSA.com, and will make one Facebook, one
Instagram, and one TikTok ad for the event at no additional cost.
Payment
Payment for the event must be made in one lump sum by cash or credit card at least 48 hours prior to the start of
the event. Checks, Venmo, PayPal, or other methods of payment are not accepted. Event hosts are responsible for
selling tickets to their guests ahead of the event, if applicable, as well as keeping a list of attendees.
Rules for Groups on the Site
- America's Stonehenge is set up to handle event groups of up to 50 guests for daytime events,
and up to 40 guests for after-hours events. We require one event host or event volunteer per every
ten guests. Free admission for event volunteers during daytime events are limited to a maximum of
one per every ten guests, not including the event host; additional employees/volunteers will pay for
entrance. For after-hours events, event host and employees/volunteers are included in the group size.
- Event guests must stay with the event host at all times while outdoors on the America's Stonehenge
property. This is especially important at night to avoid getting lost. An America's Stonehenge staff
member will be on the site with the group for after-hours events.
- Event must be held within the astronomical alignment area, and all visitors must stay on the
marked paths. If event is to be held inside the main complex, details must first be discussed with
America's Stonehenge staff to determine whether that will be appropriate.
- For events held after hours in the dark, event host and volunteers will bring appropriate
lighting. Guests may also be encouraged to bring their own flashlights.
- Smoking/vaping or fires of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- All visitors will be respectful of the site, animals, and other wildlife on the property.
Pricing
Pricing for events is dependent on many factors including length of event, size of the group, facility
requirements, etc., so the pricing listed on the tables below are to be used as a guideline. Please feel
