We are happy to offer private wedding ceremonies and vow renewals to our visitors.
If you are interested in
having your wedding at America's Stonehenge, please fill out the
wedding form and submit it by email
to America's Stonehenge. If you have any questions about the form, please feel free to reach out to a member
of America's Stonehenge directly. At this time, we are not equipped to host wedding receptions.
We are located just 40 miles north of Boston, and are right between two major airports;
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT).
We have several locations on our property that can be utilized for wedding ceremonies:
The Theater
The theater can hold up to 35 people. It is indoors with a 65” television that can be hooked up to (or it can be
covered with something decorative if it is not needed), WiFi, immediate access to restrooms, and is handicap
accessible. Please note that the building is heated, but not cooled.
The Equinox Boulder
The large, open area behind the equinox sunset boulder is large enough to hold 30 people for an outdoor ceremony.
This area is approximately 1/4 mile walk uphill from the visitor center through a scenic wooded trail.
Restrooms are in the visitor center.
The Gathering Space
Adjacent to the equinox boulder is a large, flat, open space perfect for a ceremony.
It can hold tables, chairs, and decorations. Restrooms are in the visitor center.
November 1st Sunset Alignment
Across the path from The Gathering Space is an open area in front of the November 1st sunset monolith. This area
is large enough to hold 30 people. Restrooms are in the visitor center.
Pricing
Pricing for weddings is dependent on many factors including length of wedding, size of the group, facility
requirements, etc., so the pricing listed on the wedding
pricing sheet is to be used as a guideline. Please be sure to review that document and reach out to
America’s Stonehenge with any questions.
Payment
Payment for the wedding must be made in one lump sum by cash or credit card at least 48 hours prior to the start of
the wedding. Checks, Venmo, PayPal, or other methods of payment are not accepted.
Rules for Groups on the Site
America's Stonehenge is set up to handle event groups of up to 50 guests for daytime weddings,
and up to 40 guests for after-hours weddings. The bride, groom, and wedding party are included in the
group size.
An America's Stonehenge staff member will be on the site with the wedding party for after-hours events.
Ceremony must be held within the astronomical alignment area, and all visitors must stay on the
marked paths. If wedding is to be held inside the main complex, details must first be discussed with
America's Stonehenge staff to determine whether that will be appropriate.
Weddings held after hours in the dark are discouraged. In the event that they do take place, the
wedding party and guests will bring their own flashlights. Power/lights are not provided on the site.
Smoking/vaping or fires of any kind are strictly prohibited.
All visitors will be respectful of the site, animals, and other wildlife on the property.
